Find Any Ticket Terms of Use

Find Any Ticket is an independent ticket broker specializing in hard-to-get tickets. We are not affiliated with Ticketmaster or any other box office and sell "brokered" tickets on the secondary market. Such tickets are priced at their true market value, which is usually greater than their face value (the price printed on the ticket), sometimes considerably greater.

Our tickets are obtained from a wide range of sources, such as season ticket holders, box offices, and other trusted brokers. We do not buy tickets from individuals with whom we do not have a working business relationship as we cannot guarantee 100% authenticity of those tickets.

All prices listed are in U.S. dollars and are guaranteed for the specific tickets ordered when your order is confirmed by us (you receive a "Thank You" email). The sale is considered final at that point and we will attempt to establish a delivery date within a one business day following your order. Please understand that tickets are one-of-a-kind items and once you order them, they cannot be purchased by others. Therefore, as with all box offices, ticket agencies and brokers, all sales are final.

Because all the tickets on this site are listed at our wholesale cost, a small handling fee is added to the total ticket price to cover credit card, ticket exchange, advertising, and website fees. This charge is listed separately and appears on the order confirmation page (the final page before your order is actually placed). For more information, see our pricing page.

We ship all tickets via FedEx and we require a signature upon delivery. Because we use FedEx exclusively, we cannot ship to post office boxes. Once your tickets have been delivered to you, they cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged, nor can we issue a refund.

We are not obligated to fill any order. If the exact tickets ordered are no longer available at the time the order is placed, we reserve the right to replace them with equivalent or better seating for the same event. If we cannot fill your order, we will either cancel the charge to your card or issue a full refund promptly. In either case you will be contacted before we take any action.

Should there be a cancellation of the event, the full price you paid us for the tickets will be refunded. Shipping costs (if applicable) will also be refunded for sports events where the ticket is for a game not played due to the results of a playoff. For canceled events, tickets must be sent back to us within two weeks in order to receive a refund.  Shows that are postponed do not qualify for a refund because the tickets will be honored for the new date of the show, therefore new tickets will not need to be issued.
